Artemis II crew trains for medical emergencies

Three people using a dummy to practice medical procedures.

CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen and NASA astronauts Christina Koch and Reid Wiseman, all part of the Artemis II crew, received basic medical and emergency training in Houston. Among other things, they learned how to intubate, stitch, and inject. Medical training will prepare them to handle medical situations that could arise during their upcoming mission to the Moon.
