M3MSat microsatellite

2016-04-29 - Canadian Space Agency (CSA) thermal qualification manager Elie Choueiry and Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Communications and Electronics Engineering (Air) Officer (CELE) Capt Ian Mok discuss test procedures as they look at M3MSat (Maritime Monitoring and Messaging Microsatellite) in the thermal vacuum chamber in the CSA’s David Florida Laboratory (DFL). This test simulates the temperatures and the vacuum environment that the satellite will be subjected to in space. M3MSat is a joint project funded by DRDC and CSA.
