M3MSat microsatellite

2016-04-29 - Canadian Space Agency (CSA) technologist Richard Paré sets up a ridged guide horn beside M3MSat (Maritime Monitoring and Messaging Microsatellite) as part of the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test in the CSA’s David Florida Laboratory (DFL). This EMC testing ensures there will be no electromagnetic interference from the spacecraft during launch. M3MSat is a joint project funded by Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) and the CSA. (Credit: Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC))
