Water survival training for Crew-13

The four members of Crew-13 and two technicians are on an inflatable raft in a large pool.

Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutrky and his Crew-13 crewmembers NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov begin their water survival training.

Training takes place at NASA's Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory in Houston, Texas. Astronauts practise emergency scenarios like exiting their space capsule, deploying a life raft, and being rescued by helicopter.    (Credit: NASA/Robert Markowitz)
