Robotics simulation training

Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut Joshua Kutryk spends time in a simulator, practicing using Canadarm2. 

CSA robotics instructor Calvin Midwinter supervises the simulation. 

The simulator is set up to match the robotics operation station on the International Space Station. Astronauts train to use the arm to capture incoming cargo vehicles and assist their colleagues on space walks. (Credit: NASA)
