From September 8 to 14, 2014, CSA Astronaut Jeremy Hansen takes part in NASA's NEEMO19 mission in Aquarius, an underwater habitat located about 19 metres below the surface off Key Largo in the Florida Keys. The undersea environment is the closest analogue on Earth to a gravity-weak environment like that of asteroids, the moons of Mars or Mars itself, making it the best place to test relevant exploration concepts. Jeremy is the Exploration Lead for the mission. (Credit: NASA)
