Yesterday June 7, 2009 - Kennedy Space Center technicians are preparing to close the payload bay doors on Endeavour on the pad. This is a great view of the STS-127 payloads (from top to bottom):

The Docking System that allows us to attach the Shuttle to the International Space Station;
The JEF, dubbed the "Jeff" - a large Japanese experimental platform that we will install permanently on Station;
The JLE which we call the "Jelly" - a carrier housing three small Japanese scientific experiments that will be deployed on the JEF during the flight;
The VCC (also know as the "Vic") - a cargo carrier with large spare parts for the Station, including a communication system and antenna dish.
