The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) Travelling Exhibitions Program is a critical undertaking in the CSA’s national awareness and learning initiatives. It reaches out to Canadians in their own communities to raise awareness among youth to pursue studies in the sciences, engineering and technology sectors.
The CSA Travelling Exhibits Program is offered at no cost and on a turnkey basis to Canadian museums, science centres and cities with all related costs (transport, assembly and disassembly) defrayed by the Canadian Space Agency.
However, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to protect the exhibit from any risk of damage while it is in the exhibitor’s possession and under its control. The exhibitor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the CSA of such insurance coverage.
No additional fees may be charged for public access to the exhibits. Access for disabled persons must be provided. The exhibits are to be presented by the hosting sites for a period of two or three months or, occasionally, for an extended period.
The host establishment must provide a floor plan before reserving the exhibit. Please contact the CSA for further information and to reserve the exhibit.
