How many stars are there in the Milky Way?

Answer :

Between 200 and 400 billion (B) stars. That includes the Sun, a yellow dwarf star located approximately 26,000 light-years from the centre of the galaxy, towards Sagittarius. Find a map of the constellations in the night sky, or check out the Milky Way illustration on this site.
